What are Nadina’s business hours to make rental arrangements?
Our business hours are Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm. We are closed for all statutory holidays. Any rental inquires during nonbusiness hours will be answered the following business day.
Can the space be rented during nonbusiness hours?
Only permanent renters shall have access to the Smithers Co-Working Space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Day renters must use the space during business hours. 8:30am to 4:30pm.

What is the price of the rentals?
Open office daily desk space: $20/day plus GST = $21.00
Open office monthly desk space: $150/month plus GST = $157.50
Private office space: $450/ month plus GST = $472.50
Daily Meeting Room space: $50/day plus GST = $52.50

What is included in an office or desk rental?
Included in your rental is some furniture – desk / chair / small filing cabinet, high speed internet, a community printer (must supply your own paper), small kitchen – fridge, sink, microwave, cupboards, coffee makers, the use of a the small meeting room if it is available, a washroom, and all utilities.
What type of payment do you take?
Payment can be made by automatic deposit, cheque, or cash. We do not accept e-transfers or credit card payments.
Do I get a key when renting?
Yes, all permanent renters will receive a key to the building. Office renters will receive a key to their office door. All filing cabinets comes with a locking draw and will be equipped with the key.
A day renter will not receive any keys.
What if I need an invoice or receipt?
All permanent renters will receive monthly invoicing from Nadina.
All other renters please request an invoice for your records.
How do I book a rental?

Do I pay a damage deposit?
Not at this time.
What speed is the internet?
Business Quantum 50 from CityWest – up to 50 Mbps. The WIFI login and password will be provided to each tenant individually.
How many people are typically working there?
The numbers of our tenants vary all the time. Due to COVID-19, we have reduced desk usage so there can be 4 people in the common area for desk rentals at most. There are 7 offices and a meeting room. More than one person may work in an office.

Is the space dog friendly?
We are dog friendly providing the dog is well trained and friendly. To arrange this, we ask that you please speak to management.
What is the approximate size of an office?
An office space is approximately 100 sq ft.
Are the offices soundproof?
The office walls are patrician walls and not 100% soundproof. Please be aware that sound may carry.
If I am a desk renter and need to make a private phone call, what do I do?
If you are a monthly desk renter and need to use a private space for phone calls or a meeting, you are welcome to the use of the boardroom as long as it is free. All reservations for the boardroom space take priority and are generally posted on the door.
Do I need rental insurance?
Each monthly tenant is responsible to purchase and maintain public liability insurance in the amount of no less than Two Million dollars ($2,000,000) and shall provide proof of this insurance to the Landlord on request.
